Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Eco Lux Organix (“Eco Lux”, “we”) handles information when you book with a beauty professional (“pro”) through this site or join as a pro.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, the service, date and time, and anything you tell us about the booking.
• Mobile number: only if you give it and choose to receive text messages.
• Your choices about offers: whether you agreed to marketing emails or texts, and when.
• Pro notes: the pro you book may keep private notes about your visits (such as preferences or products used) to serve you better. Only that pro can see them.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep the amounts paid and refunded.
• Pros: profile details (name, photo, bio, city, Instagram), services, hours, and Stripe account status. If a pro connects another calendar, we store only the start and end of busy times, never event names or details.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address) used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To make and manage bookings, take deposits and payments, send confirmations, reminders and changes by email (and by text if you opted in), prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

Only if you tick the box when booking, the pro you booked may email (or text) you rebooking reminders and offers, and Eco Lux Organix may email you beauty tips, news and product offers. These are optional and never required to book. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.

Who we share it with

The pro you book sees your booking details and, if you gave it, your mobile number. We use service providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Twilio (text messages). We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send booking confirmations, reminders and changes to your mobile number. Message frequency varies (about 2 to 4 per booking). If you separately agree to offers by text, the pro you booked may also send up to 4 marketing texts a month through Eco Lux. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for the bookings, our legal and tax obligations, and resolving disputes. Text opt-out records are kept so we keep honoring them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@ecoluxorganix.com. Some records (such as payments) may need to be kept by law.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
